5 Packing Hacks for an Easy Move

Move-in is right around the corner and we can’t wait for you to call Aspen home. Before you find yourself sitting poolside with your friends and a cold one, the inevitable task of packing and unpacking must take place. For an easier and less stressful move, take note of these five packing hacks and you’ll be in a lounge chair in no time.

1.) Give your back a break by packing your heaviest items in a suitcase. This will allow you to easily roll those old text books to your next destination. Plus, you won’t need as many boxes!

2.) Use all those old t-shirts you’ve collected over the years to wrap your breakable items to kill two birds with one stone.

3.) Pack everything you will use right away in an easily accessible clear bin. These will come in handy down the road for storage and can hide neatly in your closet or under your bed.

4.) Lugging around those cardboard boxes can get pretty awkward. Do yourself a favor and use a box cutter to create handles on the sides to make your life a whole lot easier.

5.) Why create more work for yourself? Leave all your clothes in the closet on their hangers and cover them in a trash bag for faster packing and unpacking.
